Untracked Shipping
By choosing untracked shipping, you acknowledge that you will not receive a tracking number or any way of knowing the whereabouts on your order. We have no way of knowing the whereabouts on your order as well, unless it has been sent back to us. Please refer to the section "What happens if my order is returned to sender?".
Tracked Shipping
For our US customers, tracked shipping costs $7.50 USD.
For our international customers, please refer to the International Tracked Shipping Rates page to find out how much tracked shipping to your country will cost.
At this time, we no longer ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR requirements. Thank you for your understanding!
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-10 days from the day of purchase.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
In the event that your mail is sent back to us, we will reach out to you via email. In most cases, your mail would be sent back because the address provided was incorrect or missing information.
In this instance, reshipment is possible and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will send you a pay link which you can use to pay for shipping.
When shipping to your country is not available
We try our best to be updated on USPS's available shipping destinations, but in the event where shipping to your country is no longer possible, we will cancel and refund your order. Thank you for your understanding!
Combined Orders
Sometimes, if you have multiple pending orders, they may be combined into one package to save on packaging materials. The remaining shipping payment will be refunded.
I put the wrong address. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible via the "contact" page or via email (support@w0nder4.com). Changes can only be made before the order has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.
