Orders sent via Untracked Shipping do not include a tracking number. Please note that untracked mail can occasionally be delayed or lost in transit. We recommend selecting Tracked Shipping at checkout for tracking updates.

Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS. At this time, we do not ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR requirements. Thank you for your understanding!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders usually are shipped within 2-10 days, but may be delayed when new products are released.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

In the event that your mail is sent back to us, we will reach out to you via email. In most cases, your mail would be sent back because the address provided was incorrect or missing information.

 

In this instance, reshipment is possible and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will provide you a pay link which you can use to pay for shipping.

Combined Orders

Sometimes, if you have multiple pending orders, they may be combined into one package to save on packaging materials. The remaining shipping payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

I put the wrong address. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible via email (support@w0nder4.com) with your name and order number. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.
